Return Policy
To return an item, contact our sale department and initiate the return within 20 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition accompanied with a copy of the original invoice. We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 3 - 5 days from the time we receive the return to process your refund.
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and restocking fee. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and item must be in new resalable condition.
For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
No returns on engine performance, moving, and electrical parts. No returns after 20 days from the ship date. Claims and returned merchandise must be made within 20 days from the ship date and accompanied by an invoice.
